Over its 5 year history as a public eatery under Parkhurst Dining, I have worked with several other people to develop and implement the look and feel of this cafe. From involvement in the initial construction and design to environmental graphic development, furniture selection, and continued project management of menu layout and design, I have managed many aspects of this project.

We worked to develop custom wall paper that shows an illustrated map of downtown Pittsburgh in the early 1920s. This is the time period that the original building was built on this lot. We were also able to reuse several of the terra cotta facade pieces from that original building and repurpose them as art within the space. Local sculptor, Isaac Bower, created these for us.
